Privacy Policy

The final Privacy Policy is being prepared with counsel. It will describe:

• What we collect: account details (name, email, company), the building/estimate data you create, and minimal, cookieless usage analytics on this marketing site.
• Who processes it for us (subprocessors): Microsoft Azure (hosting, United States), Paddle (payments, as merchant of record), and Azure Communication Services (transactional email).
• Retention: account data for the life of the account; after cancellation, your estimates remain read-only and exportable for 90 days, then are deleted.
• Your choices: export your data, correct it, or request deletion at support@metabulator.com.
