Terms of Service

The final Terms of Service are being prepared with counsel. Per the product's standing commitments, they will include, among other terms:

• A software-tool clause: MeTabulator provides computational tools only and does not practice engineering; no engineer–client relationship is created, and outputs are not sealed documents.
• A verification duty: all outputs must be independently verified by a qualified person — for anything requiring engineering judgment, a licensed professional engineer — before any reliance, purchase, fabrication, permitting, or construction.
• Warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and customer responsibilities for inputs, criteria selection, and project-specific requirements.
• Subscription, renewal, and cancellation mechanics (cancel anytime in-app; payments handled by Paddle as merchant of record).
