Getting started

From a blank account to a priced estimate in about fifteen minutes. No card required — every account starts with a 14-day trial.

1. Create your account

Sign up with your company name and email, then open the verification link we send. The first account in a company is its administrator — you can invite teammates later (Shop plan).

2. Describe the building

The estimator is one screen: dimensions and roof pitch on the left, the live 2D plan / 3D model in the middle, results below. Set the footprint, eave height, and bay layout; choose which walls are enclosed; drag doors and framed openings onto walls right on the plan; add concrete, insulation, and a labor package.

Every change reprices the whole building live — the takeoff (every beam, purlin, panel, trim stick, fastener, and yard of concrete) recalculates as you go, with stock-length cutting optimized to reduce drop.

3. Make the prices yours

Your account starts with a complete catalog carrying placeholder market prices, so estimates work on day one. Before you quote a real customer, put your suppliers' numbers in under Account → Catalog — see Setting up your catalog.

4. Run the engineering (optional, recommended)

Enter the site criteria (wind speed, snow load, exposure, seismic) and run the design. Members are sized from engine-verified options and every number carries its calculation trace. The output is preliminary and labeled for licensed engineer review — see Reading the engineering report.

5. Save and export

  • Save estimates to reopen, revise, and compare later — your whole team sees the company's estimates.
  • Excel export of the priced takeoff for estimators who live in spreadsheets.
  • Drawing set as plot-ready PDF or DXF (one file per sheet, or one file with a layout tab per sheet).
  • Calc package as PDF, review flags and disclaimer included.
